On the ground floor, you can curl up with an aperitif on the large sofa or armchairs, or watch films and TV series on the flat-screen TV (over 200 channels available).

You can cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. 

There is also a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

A large bay window opens onto the patio and outdoor swimming pool. 

The ideal place to sip a drink, have breakfast or dinner, or just cool off after a walk. 

The small swimming pool will delight young and old alike!

On each of the 2 floors, there are 2 large, luxurious and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The WCs are on the landing (1 WC per floor).

The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, shower gel and shampoo.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.

Toilets are equipped with toilet paper and cleaning products.

From the terrace on the 2nd floor, you'll have a breathtaking view of the ramparts of the medieval city.

WIFI is available free of charge throughout the house, so you can work if you need to. RJ45 sockets are also installed in each of the bedrooms, offering improved internet speed.

Leave your car in the private parking lot located 200 meters from the house, and walk (€15/day per car, possibility of parking 3 cars).

The medieval city centre and the Bastide Saint-Louis (lower town) are just a few minutes' walk away.

The Canal du Midi is just a 15-minute walk away.

Bicycles are available for hire in Rue Trivalle (2 steps from the house). You can hire a car or take a taxi to go further afield, as the region is so beautiful and steeped in history, not to mention the sea, mountains, animals, etc.
